Our sausages are prepared according to an original Thai recipe. Due to the spices, the taste differs considerably from German sausages in some places.
Once opened, the sausages will keep for another 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator, and you can store them frozen for months.

Due to the smoking process, this sausage is slightly less sweet than the unsmoked Gun Chiang.
