Yak Thai products offer the real taste of Thailand.
To make this possible, we use no additives or thickeners, nor do we sterilize our products at 130°C. Our products don't have to endure weeks of sea travel; we produce them fresh here in Bavaria.
IMPORTANT: Therefore, we ask you to keep the products in the refrigerator after opening. Please also cover the curry pastes with a little neutral oil (e.g., rapeseed or sunflower oil). You're probably familiar with this procedure from
Pesto.

Nam Jim Gai sauce is a versatile and delicious addition to many dishes. Originally developed for roasted or grilled chicken, it has evolved into a true all-rounder. Its unique combination of medium-spicy and sweet flavors makes it a popular choice for gourmets.
Consistency: The "Nam Jim Gai" sauce has the consistency of a thick syrup. It gently clings to meat and vegetables, adding an irresistible flavor to every bite.
Taste: The sweet Thai chili sauce combines the heat of chilies with a pleasant sweetness. It's perfectly balanced and adds a burst of flavor to your dishes.
Possible uses:
- Chicken: Of course, "Nam Jim Gai" goes perfectly with chicken. Whether fried, grilled, or oven-baked, it adds an irresistible flavor to your chicken.
- Seafood: Try the sauce with shrimp, fish, or mussels. It enhances the natural flavor of the seafood.
- Dim Sum and Spring Rolls: Dip your dim sum or spring rolls in this sauce to give them a spicy touch.
- Grilled dishes: Use "Nam Jim Gai" sauce as a marinade for grilled meat. It caramelizes slightly and creates a delicious crust.
